Please allow up to 3 business days for your order to process. Our products are handmade and allow additional time for setting and/or molding/curation. Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-7 business days to receive your order. 

If you need to make changes to an order, please contact customer service as soon as possible at 470-223-5475 or send an email to orders@lolaluxelimited.com. We are not able to make changes to an order once the order has been fulfilled. If you have placed the order and need to make a change to your shipping address, the order will need to be canceled, refunded and a new order will need to be placed with the correct shipping address.
